Forensic Mental Health Evaluations & Legal Assessments
Objective, timely, and defensible clinical assessments for civil litigation and family law matters.
For Legal Professionals
A Message to Retaining Counsel: As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), my forensic services focus strictly on providing objective, evidence-based mental health assessments. I understand the critical nature of court deadlines, statutory criteria, and the necessity of a highly defensible, thoroughly researched clinical report
Our Practice Focuses on:
-
Adult Clinical Distress Evaluations: Documenting the psychological, emotional, and functional impact of trauma related to personal injury, workplace harassment, or discrimination.
-
Child Trauma & Distress Assessments: Objective clinical assessment of a child’s emotional well-being, psychological adjustment, and traumatic stress following a specific incident (such as personal injury, accidents, or acute family trauma). Please note: Our practice provides focused distress evaluations; we do not conduct child custody or parenting-time evaluations.

Important Practice Notice: Forensic evaluations are entirely separate from clinical therapy. Forensic assessments are objective, data-driven evaluations designed for the court or legal counsel; they do not constitute psychological or neuropsychological testing, nor do they establish a therapist-client treatment relationship. To maintain strict ethical boundaries, we do not provide forensic evaluations for individuals currently receiving clinical therapy at our practice.
